Plastic Meter Seals

The PM10 Plastic Meter Seal is an alternative to lead seals used in the meter sealing industry, for sealing of gas and electric meters. The seals are manufactured from recyclable polypropylene, and as such are more environmentally friendly than traditional lead seals. Plastic meter seals are sealed in the same manner as lead seals – by way of sealing pliers which securely crimp the disc and fix the looped sealing wire in place. Plastic meter seals are used in conjunction with our pre-cut or spool / reel sealing wire format.
